The Fontaine Ultra HR fifth wheel is designed to fit on
both Holland and Fontaine lower assemblies. When used on Fontaine lower assemblies bracket liners are NOT used, but a Fontaine bracket spacer is required. The bracket liners must be removed and the bracket spacers must be installed.
